We help our customers dig deeper and reach higher in more than 100 countries around the world. Responsibilities

  • Management of all material requirement updates with all engineering change orders
  • Provide administrative support to manage all materials warehouse and point of use on site inventories
  • All required administrative support for the Applications Engineering Team
  • Support Rapid Continuous Improvement events with all essential administrative functions Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage PO promise dates supplier coordination and report
  • Create all inventory management labeling
  • Quality plan entry for all Returned Material Requests
  • Enter shortages for ECs
  • All material transactions for ECs
  • Quality plan entry for all Returned Material Requests
  • Uploading files to Team Center
  • Alternate receptionist and other admin functions Education, Experience & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required with three years administrative experience required
  • Current valid Driver's License
  • PC skills using spreadsheets, word processing and other office management applications required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision Other Position Specifications
