Location: Fully Remote (Indiana residency is not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hr

This role will be reviewing documentation and/or assessments and applying clinical criteria to complete determinations, approvals or recommendations.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Determine need for and obtain any additional information required to complete actions.

• Determine when escalation or consultation is required with supervisor, physician or related medical or related clinical discipline.

• Complete reports or documentation in accordance with contract requirements.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education/Licensure:

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent (must be licensed in the state of Indiana)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in social work or related field

• CANS Certification preferred (will need to obtain upon hire)

• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience

• Verbal and written communication skills.
