POSITION SUMMARY: The Household Goods Invoicing Coordinator is a control point for activities related to processing files in HHG Solomon accounting software and includes processing supplier invoices, preparing client invoices, populating, and reconciling statement trackers, interacting with offshore accounting team and 3rd party auditors, responding to billing and payment inquiries, and providing collaborative support within the Altair organization.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION:
High school diploma with industry-related experience, skills and/or training. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
WORK/PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Hybrid work schedule: office setting and work-from-home environments. Team members must be able to meet deadlines while operating standard office equipment with a substantial amount of time working at the computer.
