Altafiber is Hiring a Dir I - Financial Systems Near Cincinnati, OH
This position is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation and optimization of company-wide financial systems. This includes leading the design, development and maintenance of all finance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of financial systems and tools with their supported business processes.
- Develop and execute the strategy for company-wide financial systems, ensuring roadmaps are aligned to corporate strategic objectives and organizational goals
- Oversee the implementation, integration and maintenance of financial and reporting technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify, implement and maintain scalable technology solutions
- Lead technology upgrades, enhancements and customization projects
- Ensure technology solutions support accuracy and integrity of financial data, and maintain compliance and security with internal controls
- Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations for consideration
- Support effective change management practices
- Oversee the development and administration of training programs and post-implementation support for end-users to maximize utilization of delivered technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners
- Build, lead and manage an engaged team of high-performing professionals
- Stay current with emerging technology, industry trends and best practices
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Over 10 years in related field
- Experience creating, communication, executing and managing strategic technology enablement initiatives and programs
- Experience managing cross-functional technology support teams
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and proactive
