Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Seat guests and manage the flow of the dining area

-Assist Servers and help bus tables when time allows
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests regarding their seating arrangements
- Get carry out orders bagged and ready for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth operations

-check customers out on POS system
- Assist with food service as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Utilize POS system (such as Aloha POS) to manage guest information and seating assignments
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food service operations is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

-This position is 2pm til close Wednesday through Sunday.
