Schedule
Monday Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.This position is 100% in office Qualifications
- 2 years experience in an accounting department
- Minimum Associate degree in business or accounting is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience/knowledge of accounting software
- Post and verify time entry
- Print prebills and distribute them for review
- Complete edits and special billing tasks
- Finalize invoices for mailing, emailing, or electronic billing
- Code and enter deposit activity
- Accurately respond to client inquiries
- Code and process rush check requests
- Sort, code, and enter accounts payable
- Prepare payable runs
- Accurately respond to vendor inquiries
- Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
- Monitor client accounts for nonpayment and overpayment
