The Material Handler will perform a a variety of tasks as need to support accuracy, availability, and organization in the storeroom in a safe and dependable manner.
The Material Handler should be a detailed person, able to work independantly, dependable, follow directions, consciencous, have basic computer skills, have a teachable spirit, abilty to lift up to 50 lbs, work in cool and warm envirnments, communicate well and interact positively with others.
Material Handler tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Recieving and basic inspection of incoming product
Stocking shelves and adding labels
Issuing material to internal customers (other departments)
Regular cycle counting of items to determine accuracy
Date entry and report generating is computer database
Shipping out packages and freight as needed.
Operate forklifts as needed to move palletized and crated material.
