alpitronic Americas LLC is Hiring a Production Process Support Specialist Near Appleton, NC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Process Support Specialist to join our operations team in Appleton, WI. This role is responsible for developing and managing the production schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to optimize production resources and capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Production

· Develop, coordinate, and manage production schedules based on product specifications, material availability, capacity, and customer requirements.

· Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure schedules are accurately executed.

· Identify potential scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks and propose solutions.

· Liaise with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.

· Monitor production process and make schedule adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

· Prepare and present production schedule reports and metrics to management.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in the production process.

· Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to communicate delivery timelines.

Logistics

· Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts in line with company policies and procedures.

· Ensure all inventory records are accurate and up to date, using inventory management software.

· Collaborate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.

· Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.

· Identify and resolve any issues related to spare parts logistics, such as delays in delivery or discrepancies in inventory.

· Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the logistics process.

· Provide regular reports to the Head of Spare Parts Management on inventory levels, delivery times, and logistics costs.

 Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

· Proficient in production planning software and other relevant computer applications.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

· Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of production processes.
