MUST:

• 1 years in a trade desk support role at an exchange, broker/dealer, FCM or trading firm
• Brokerage Firm experience
• Experience with market surveillance
• Utilized tools similar to: Validus, Eventus, SMARTS
• Has monitored/supported order book tracking and customers
• Bachelors degree in finance or related field
• General understanding of FIX Protocol/API connectivity
• User acceptance testing experience, understanding changes to systems and functionality prior to deployment
• Ability to work with Members well under high pressure situations
• Management of issue tracking and customer communication systems

DAY TO DAY: Our fast growing financial services client based out of Chicago is seeking a Market Operations Analyst to join their team as a full time employee. We are looking for someone to help with real-time monitoring of overall health of the market, and to be on the front lines of helping with trade issues, running procedures, focusing on market integrity, and helping with software changes. This person will monitor the markets all day, and look for disputative events. This could include answering customer questions, and working closely with the product and tech teams to suggest improvements to the platform and improve member experience. Lastly, this person will play a crucial role ensuring this firm is the most trusted market for trading digital assets
