Critical Power Inside Sales & Support Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Process and distribute quotes by request of the salesperson.
• General day-to-day administrative support of assigned salespeople.
• Take incoming customer calls for team support.
• Monitor incoming email requests, create sales leads in the CRM
• Verify vendor pricing through vendor order acknowledgments as applicable.
• Track all open items as needed.
• Meet regularly with the Sales Manager to resolve all open items in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• ERP and CRM experience (SAP, SAGE, Salesforce).
• Microsoft Office Suite experience (V-Lookup, pivot tables, and Word development).
• Professional phone skills and overall communication are required.
• Experience with team selling and support through account management.
• Work experience with similar companies (preferred).
