We are excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse Associate position based in Schaumburg, IL.

The role of the Warehouse Associate encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including receiving materials and equipment, preparing batteries and equipment for shipment, managing scrap logs, and engaging in the ATT and VZW equipment return process. This process involves scanning equipment into Excel and a Warehouse inventory app, coordinating with customers, and scanning equipment to pallets. Additional duties include stocking materials, maintaining organization, conducting inventory counts, and occasionally picking up equipment.

The position also provides opportunities to assist in fieldwork as needed, allowing for a diverse and engaging work experience.

Candidate Qualifications

In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Warehouse Associate position at Alpine Power Systems requires specific skills and qualifications to ensure success in this role. These include:

1. Good working knowledge of Excel: The candidate must be proficient in using Excel for various tasks, including data entry and analysis, which are crucial for managing inventory and processing equipment returns.

2. Strong Organizational Skills: The role demands excellent organizational abilities to efficiently handle materials, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth operations in the warehouse.

3. Forklift Certification or Previous Forklift Experience: The candidate should either be certified to operate a forklift or have prior experience in forklift operations, as this is essential for managing the movement of heavy materials and equipment.

4. Ability to Learn How to Drive a Box Truck: While not a prerequisite, the candidate should be open to learning how to drive a box truck, expanding their skill set and versatility in the role.

Qualifications:
