- Developing leads for new business opportunities through interaction with inbound leads, expanding relationships with existing customers, cross-selling within existing customers, and your own networking activities.
- Developing your knowledge of our industry, building the expertise to act as a consultant to your customers in order to provide education and suggestions to help them with their projects.
- Providing customers with project estimates and following a prescribed follow-up process to win the job.
- Entering project details into our systems and following all steps of production to ensure a successful outcome and on-time delivery.
- Communicating customer needs to the rest of the production team using provided software and production processes.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer data and sales activities using software and other tools.
- Experience in sales and in-person customer service is expected.
