Job Title: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Alpha Omega is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and develop a team of recruiters and help drive improvements across talent acquisition, talent development, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in an organization going through fast growth and a passion for recruiting and process improvement work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of recruiters some of which are offshore, coaching and mentoring recruiters at various levels
  • Building and maintaining relationships with department heads and leadership across Alpha Omega to define recruiting priorities throughout the year
  • Partnering with the HRIS and Head of TA to find and implement opportunities for automation within recruiting workflow practices
  • Working with Head of TA to optimize use of ATS systems with an eye towards efficiency and needed data for robust analytics
  • Driving Diversity recruiting best practices
  • Partnering with the Alpha Omega Marketing/Comms team and Head of TA to ensure the inspiring mission, vision and culture are showcased on the careers page and on all externally facing mediums
  • Working closely with Head of TA on work in the areas of Talent Development and Employee Experience

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 8 years of experience directly responsible for recruiting teams that included some members that are offshore or outside of the U.S.
  • 6 years of experience in a recruiting leadership role in an in house/corporate environment, high growth experience is a must
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring senior recruiters
  • Experience administering in house or 3rd party applicant tracking system
  • Experience developing data analytics with an understanding of the value of data and metrics
  • Experience working in the areas of Talent Development and Employee Experience
