Our Business Development Management Trainees assist as the point of contact for our telecommunications customer accounts- initiating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with each to bolster ROI and revenue.

Internally, we focus on the growth and development of our Business Development Management Trainees. Business Development Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts, and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of telecommunications services
• Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service
• Negotiate telecommunications inquiries with precision, while assisting with any additional customer objections 
• Develop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products
• Work with the sales team and other Business Development Management Trainees to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local community
• Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges

What We Are Looking For In Our Next Business Development Management Trainee:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged
• Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
• Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations
• Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with Business Development Management Trainees and customers
