Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to multiple restaurant locations to ensure alignment with our strategic vision and goals.
Performance Optimization: Drive sales and profitability across the district, monitoring key metrics and developing strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to operational protocols, brand standards, and consistently high levels of guest service.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and staff to cultivate a culture of learning, growth, and accountability.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L for each location, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional initiatives and engage with the community to enhance brand presence.
Problem Resolution: Address operational issues, customer concerns, and employee grievances promptly and effectively.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all locations, promoting a safe workplace environment.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-unit restaurant management or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
  • Willingness to travel within the district and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
