Due to our growth and continued support of our customers, we currently has an opening for a Project Manager to join our Production Division.

Who you are:

You ensure safe and efficient operations. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities may include developing and implementing strategies interfacing with the key Roofing personnel to generate and project manage work that meets revenue goals. Review estimate roof so project buyout and production goals can be established. Manage assigned projects to meet budgets and schedules while holding company quality standards. At the same time ensuring that all safety practices are followed, and excellent customer relations are maintained. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others, reports to top management. Directly manages and directs operational staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Completes all assigned roofing projects within estimate and on schedule.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Continuously analyzes the customer’s roofing needs, coordinates with the Sales group as necessary.
• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.
• Analyzes all reports and materials pertaining to the project and ensures that all the necessary elements are in place to complete the project. Monitors progress and completes all post project reports and reviews.
• Recommend solutions wherever company can contribute to the customer’s roofing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 Years of Project Management experience is required.
• Understanding commercial roofing products and system.
• Bring in jobs on and under budget.
• Install systems to the highest level of quality possible.
• Be able to run a job to completion from an issued job folder.
• Ability to write condition reports, track progress of project, and project final project outcome.
• Understanding competitive products, and understanding of the market you are in., and understanding the competitive advantages of the company products.
