Looking for instructors for Pilates that require more than technical knowledge of exercises and equipment. They need strong communication skills and a pleasant personality. The instructor should possess an in-depth understanding of the human body and biomechanics; an empathetic nature and an excellent level of personal fitness and endurance are as well needed of the students.

- Comprehensively trained & Certified Pilates Instructors with 600 to join our team!
- Instructors must have more than technical knowledge of exercises and be able to teach varied populations safely.
- Perform small group, semi-private, and private & virtual Pilates sessions.
- Instruct all levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
- Program workouts for injury and special populations to clients in need of physiological relief.
- Create a mindful regimen of exercises while tailoring them to individual's needs.
- Direct proper and safe use of Balanced Body equipment.
- Attention to detail and form of clients, log notes to ensure safety, efficacy, and quality of movement.
- Keep a set schedule and continue consistently building a clientele. Responsible for being on time for all scheduled classes. Work cooperatively with professional staff and other departments.
- Organize and put away needed class equipment. Report damaged equipment.
- 4-hour block shift
- Day shift 7-10, 10-2,
- Evening shift 4-8, 5-9
- Weekend availability 8-2
