Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our gardens, lawns, and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various gardening techniques and the ability to operate both power and hand tools. Duties: - Perform regular lawn care and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming - Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants in gardens and landscapes - Monitor plant health and apply fertilizers or pesticides as needed - Assist with greenhouse operations, including planting seeds, watering plants, and maintaining optimal growing conditions - Collaborate with the landscaping team to design and implement new garden layouts or landscape features - Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and leaf blowers - Utilize hand tools for tasks such as pruning, digging, and planting - Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening equipment and storage areas Requirements: - Proven experience in gardening or groundskeeping - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices - Familiarity with power tools used in gardening operations - Ability to operate hand tools effectively - Strong understanding of plant care principles including watering, fertilizing, and pest control - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise execution of gardening tasks Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.37 - $18.44 per hour
