ALM Sports is Hiring a Summer Camp Director Near Fort Myers, FL

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as camp owner operators or a camp director.

As a leading summer camp organization, we are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for children and families.

We have multiple locations from North Broward (Coral Springs) to Homestead/Florida City areas.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall success and growth of the camp by overseeing all operational and administrative functions
- Develop and implement innovative programming to engage campers and create memorable experiences
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated staff members to ensure the highest standard of care and supervision
- Foster positive relationships with parents, campers, and the local community to enhance the camp's reputation and reach
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and marketing strategies to maximize camp enrollment and profitability

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in camp management, leadership, or related field
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with children and creating a safe, inclusive environment
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and embrace new challenges- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or relevant field preferred

Differences

Camp Director:
1. Program Management: The camp director is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the camp's programs, activities, and staff.

Camp(s) Owner Operator: (Same as Director, but:)

2. Business Operations: They oversee the business operations of the camp, including financial management, marketing, strategic planning, and legal compliance.
3. Entrepreneurial Role: As an entrepreneur, they are involved in decision-making related to investments, expansion, and long-term vision for the camp.
4. Leadership and Management: While they may be involved in the day-to-day operations, their focus is on leading the organization, setting goals, and ensuring the overall success of the camp.
5. Potential Earnings: You could Potentially earn 3-4 times more than a Director plus opportunity to oversee multiple Locations
