Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and data entry to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Utilize various software systems including Razorsync and ServiceTitan
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
