The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Senior Business/Data Analyst is responsible for working with partners to define business and technical requirements for delivering enhancements to Ally’s Archer GRC platform.

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing actionable insights to support business strategies. They will have a proven background in data analysis, business intelligence, and partner management.

The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for accurately mapping, redefining, and integrating data from various sources to support group's objectives. The candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data mapping tools and techniques. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing user training, and/or for providing ongoing user support. This role works our of our Charlotte campus on a hybrid schedule 3 days in office/2 days from home office.
