Allworth Financial is Hiring an Insurance and Estate Planning Client Relationship Specialist Near Dallas, TX

The base salary range for this position is between 58-65k annually, and the candidate would be eligible for an annual bonus and annual base increase based off their performance and the companies. Ideally the candidate would work a hybrid schedule with partial days in office and work from home.

SUMMARY:

Our Integrated Services Team consistently strives to provide value to advisors and clients by offering Estate Planning Services and Insurance Services. Client Service Relationship Specialists work closely with the Integrated Services team, Client Service Relationship Specialists, and advisors to deliver the best client experience. Integrated Services Relationship Specialists are critical to the service delivery and provide a high-touch experience with our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivers an exceptional client experience to all clients
  • Partners with Integrated Services team to set and achieve high service standards
  • Builds personal relationships with Integrated Services team, clients and advisors
  • Ensures a seamless Integrated Services referral experience and works with clients to set a great first impression
  • Removes roadblocks for clients and focuses on ease of doing business
  • Delivers customized service with each client and demonstrates ownership for every request
  • Submits transaction requests to vendors to ensure completion and accuracy
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work, reprioritization, and complex service situations
  • Achieves high quality and accuracy of work
  • Understands insurance and estate planning workflows, policies and procedures to submit requests correctly and timely
  • Consistently demonstrates Allworth's guiding principles
  • Organizational skills
    • Organize and archive documents related to completed and ongoing projects
    • Keep track of changes on client matters and provide timely updates
  • Attend various educational webinars, conference calls, and in-person events as needed
  • Administrative support
    • Provide general administrative support, including mail retrieval, photocopying and scanning, scheduling meetings, conference calls, reserving conference rooms, etc.
  • Technology proficiency
    • Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CRM (Sales Force) support the work of the projects
  • Integrated Services (Insurance & Estate Planning) Specific Tasks
    • Connecting Outlook events with Sales Force to track in Integrated Services opportunities
    • Create term insurance quotes
    • Checking insurance pending case status and updating Sales Force

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion for service and client satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial services industry and client service experience preferred
  • Strict attention to detail with high quality results
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • High degree of professionalism and leads by example
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Document Management workflow systems
  • Basic understanding of insurance and legal industry preferred
  • BS/BA degree preferred
