SUMMARY:
As a Client Experience Specialist at Allworth Financial, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client interactions across all digital and physical touchpoints. Your role involves managing and improving client data within CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, refining our digital client experience, integrating and training on new client experience enhancements, and coordinating with new partner firms to ensure a seamless client experience.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role based out of Sacramento, CA, Dallas, TX, Cincinatti, OH or can be a remote role; If near one of the three office locations, this position can be a hybrid role working 2-3 days in person and the other time from home.
The base salary range for this role is $58,000-$65,000 per year. In addition, we also provide generous benefits to all our full-time employees.
