Job Overview: RN Home Skilled Infusion Visits

Swing Shift 2 pm-10 pm (Hours can vary)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team for our growth in the West Valley. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. This position is for a home health skilled visit nurse.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions
- Perform IV infusion teaching and care
- Educate patients and their families on medication and disease process
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse license -Home Health experience 1 year preferred
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care
- PICC Line/Central Line/IV care experience
- Understanding of infection control practices -Ability to collaborate with other disciplines as well as providers

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
