• Identify customer prospects through networking, industry meetings, relationships, etc.
• Meet with clients to determine staffing needs.
• Assist with matching the right candidates with customers by communicating candidate requirements to in-house recruiters.
• Maintain close contact with customers for ongoing hiring support.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience in the staffing industry.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Business-to-business sales experience with the ability to prospect, value sell, and negotiate contracts.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
