ALLSWELL.COM is Hiring an Addiction Recovery Assistant Near Charleston, SC
Health Care Staffing firm is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Assitant who wants to help adolescents and adults experiencing problems due to their addiction to drugs and/or alcohol, transforming their life and the life of their families through their addiction recovery.
We offer:
$15/Hr.
Full time (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:
Monitor the progress of members by observing patients, listening to their concerns offering new strategies on how to deal with temptations and cravings.
Identifying behaviors that interfere with treatment and recovery.
Be supportive and encouraging to help them establish and sustain motivation to change their substance use.
Practice cognitive behavioral, motivational enhancement, and structural family therapy.
Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and departments of correction.
Requirements:
6 months of experience with co-occurring health and mental health problems.
In-depth knowledge of drug and alcohol abuse and treatment to monitor plans and medical instructions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion and empathy for clients.
