Responsibilities


Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately.

Policy Support: Process policy changes, updates, and service requests efficiently to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.

Requirements


Licensing: Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License is required.
