As a CSR/Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing customer support to our clients and administrative support to our team. The Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant Will:
Perform duties pertaining to insurance lines of business, including, but not limited to, marketing, quotes, and proposals
Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate within team to support and offer solutions to customer
Process and enter data into proprietary software system for new business, renewals, reinstatements, endorsements, cancellations, billings, and payments
Attention to detail is required to ensure the accuracy of data to be input
Responsible for checking valid codes, accuracy of entries, and correcting entries that may be inconsistent with history file information
The Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant Experience:
Must have 1 year of insurance industry experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Willing to work in-office
Knowledge of clerical and office management practices and procedures
Experience in proactive problem solving
Ability to juggle tasks and respond timely to requests
Ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization
Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
