If you are a Property & Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative, we are looking to add to our team at Allstate - Mike Arcentales Agency. Responsibilities
- Perform insurance policy reviews to ensure clients have proper coverages
- Process changes to customer policies and take premium payments
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
- Respond to questions and concerns from customers, be a problem solver
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (440 or 220)
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- A genuine willingness to learn and be coachable
- An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Professional phone etiquette
- Problem-Solving Capabilities
- Works well independently and is a team player with a positive attitude..
