Allstate Insurance is Hiring a Sales Account Executive Near Green, WI

As a Sales Account Executive, you will receive

  • $41,600 to $52,000 base pay plus monthly commissions and retention bonus.
  • Annual sales bonus
  • Base pay will be determined on the interview and work experience
  • Paid vacation in the first year

Good news! We're hiring at our office in Green Bay.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals through leads, referrals, inbound calls, and marketing
  • Educate our customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs
  • Coordinate customer policy reviews through appointments
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Be organized and efficient
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour
