Our premier multiple-location insurance agency is excited to hire a qualified insurance customer service and retention professional. This is an opportunity to join our team of licensed professionals in an organization with a 15-year track record of success. Please note: this is not a remote position.

Our ideal candidate has recent experience in an insurance agency (not a call center) and will have experience in servicing and retaining clients.

This position requires a valid/current, Texas, General Lines Property and Casualty License. Applicants who do not possess the aforementioned license will not be considered.

Insurance Customer Service and Retention Specialist Required Core Competencies:

• Ability to manage incoming calls for multiple Agency locations.
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to pivot to multiple lines of business based on customer's needs
• Ability to perform a client-focused needs analysis and policy reviews
• Comfortable in developing rapport with existing customers
• Follow through and exceed client expectations
• Multi-tasking skills
• Portray a professional image through proper appearance and actions
• Focus on retaining customers in all lines of insurance.
• Setting goals and executing the plan to achieve those goals daily
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various Windows applications, a plus

Insurance Customer Service and Retention Specialist Minimum Qualifications:

- Previous insurance agency experience

- Fluent Spanish is required for this position

- Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License is required
