Our premier multiple-location insurance agency is excited to hire a qualified insurance customer service and retention professional. This is an opportunity to join our team of licensed professionals in an organization with a 15-year track record of success. Please note: this is not a remote position.
Our ideal candidate has recent experience in an insurance agency (not a call center) and will have experience in servicing and retaining clients.
This position requires a valid/current, Texas, General Lines Property and Casualty License. Applicants who do not possess the aforementioned license will not be considered.

- Previous insurance agency experience
- Fluent Spanish is required for this position
