• Opportunity to earn a Base salary plus commission and bonus*.

Producer Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Establish client relationships and follow up, as needed.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Small Business owners – such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
• Develop new Financial Service opportunities with existing and new clients.

Producer Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (Required).
• Life & Health license (preferred).
• 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (required).
• Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required.
• Enthusiasm and understanding of the role of insurance and financial products.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
• Self-motivated, self-starter.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
