OUR REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:
Responsibilities
Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
Have reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
Current Property and Casualty sales License Required
2 years of active insurance sales experience preferred
1 years of Allstate insurance sales experience - preferred
Bilingual Spanish and English speakers strongly encouraged to apply
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem solving
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work in a team environment

OUR REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:
- $40,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $72,000 - $120,000/yr
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
- Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required
- Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency
