Responsibilities :

• Answers incoming customer calls and assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service

• Attends to all customer walk-ins and handle billing issues, claims, service questions and general client concerns
• Checking to company emails and responding to customers with amicable solutions
• Update customer information in the customer service database
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues and for resolving customer queries on a fast pace.

Skills required :

• Bilingual- English and Spanish speakers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Inurance customer service role
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Candidate must be savvy with Word, Outlook, Excel and has the ability to multi-task
