SUMMARY
At D&W Agency, we are one of the fastest growing established Allstate Agents in the Greater Houston market with offices in Spring, Champions, Kingwood, Katy, and near NRG stadium/downtown.? We have big goals and need people who are ready to think and win big.
We are looking for driven, focused, team oriented Sales Producers to help expand our?fun and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make?sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license is preferred or willing to obtain
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Sales experience is required
- Insurance experience is preferred?
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication?skills
- Must be motivated and determined
