Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Drafter to join our experienced team at the Columbia, MO headquarters. As a Civil Drafter at Allstate Consultants, you will play a key role in various drafting projects, with a primary focus on site development and municipal utilities including incorporation of drone photogrammetry and large-scale Civil 3D surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a seasoned team of professionals to produce accurate and detailed construction plans.
• Utilize AutoCAD for drafting tasks, with proficiency being a fundamental requirement.
• Prioritize and manage drafting assignments related to site development and municipal utilities.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, drawings, and other technical documents.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working on a wide variety of drafting projects.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD is required; experience with Civil 3D is preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology is preferred.
• Previous experience in the construction field is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills to convey ideas and concepts clearly.
