Job Description
Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As part of our team, we are looking for a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who can contribute to maintaining this high standard of service. This position involves answering incoming customer calls and looking for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell while servicing their account. To succeed in this role, you must have a Property and Casualty license, Allstate experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer Bonus Opportunities, Paid Time Off, and a Monday through Friday Work Schedule. Depending on experience and performance may make up to $100,000 per year.
