Currently in search of a rock-star phone performer to create and head up our organic telemarketing/marketing program! Even though this starts as PT, your desire can easily turn this into a full-time career with us! We have over 7,000 potential customers on a yearly basis and another 2,500 existing families who need our help with their customized protection plans! And we're still growing - why we need YOU!!

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Continue to develop our ongoing networking relationships with Community groups, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospect and generate new business through our lead & referral platforms. Our technology makes it SUPER EASY to navigate through all of your assigned leads.
• YES!! LEADS - we already HAVE THEM!! But we need you to help us contact them and collect more!
• Be capable to operate VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other integrated technology platforms with little to no supervision, while knowing scrubbing and DNS FCC guidelines
• Operate multiple daily platforms while adhering to strict compliance guidelines, multi-tasking different responsibilities throughout your day.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic TEAM attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Digital graphics/design or equivalent experience preferred - you will be designing digital flyers/promotional materials etc.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
