We have an immediate need for a IT Support Specialist at a leading law firm conveniently located in downtown Baltimore. This is a temp position expected to last a month or so, possibly longer. The hours required for this job are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday onsite.

Job Duties Include:

• provide prompt deskside support to users - primarily printers, scanners, and computers
• Maintains and upgrade end-user hardware
• Maintains and updates all relevant documentation of process and procedures
• Maintains asset tracking database

Job Requirements Include:

• 2-4 years of experience in an IT Hardware-related position
• strong ability to multitask
• excellent communication skills
• strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 per hour
