Position: Leasing Agent Location: San Diego, North County, East County, Hiring for Multiple properties.
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the friendly, welcoming face of our company, greeting potential residents and guiding them through the leasing process.
- Property Showings: Conduct informative and engaging tours of our properties, highlighting features and benefits to prospective residents.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, following up with potential tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience.
- Administrative Duties: Manage leasing paperwork, maintain accurate records, and assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people, actively listen, and clearly convey information.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and keep accurate records.
