*Job Responsibilities:*
* Perform a thorough precision Tune Up of heating and cooling system with no supervision.
* Troubleshoot basic problems with a gas and electric heat system.
* Generate equipment leads, sell CCM agreements and get customers to invest in necessary proactive repairs, comfort enhancements and IAQ additions. (CCM = Membership agreements)
* Complete all administrative responsibilities neatly, accurately, and completely with no supervision.
* Maintain communication with dispatch and department manager.
* Keep company vehicle clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory.
* Attend department meetings and trainings.
* Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company policies.
*Job Requirements:*
* Have an E06 Trainee License. (E06 = 06A or 06B License)
* Have or acquire (Type II) EPA refrigerant license (preferred)
* Proven sales experience.
* Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
* Great Customer Service skills.
* A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
