Allmed Staffing is Hiring a Call center specialist Near Oroville, CA
Large managed care company is looking for Clinical Call Center Specialists to assist in fielding inbound calls as well as make outbound calls for a long-term contract position.
Work Location : FULLY REMOTE (Must be able to work EST hours)
Pay : $28.00
Contract Dates : 5 / 20 / 24 - 12 / 31 / 2024
Hours : Monday Friday, between 8-6 EST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making calls to members to schedule appointments
- Schedule members for their preventative screening
- Address outstanding GAPs and Care of Older Adult Surveys
- Make Telehealth Pre Calls and Post calls
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highschool / GED or equivalent
- Previous call center or heavy phone experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in EMRs
