As a Front Desk Security Officer, Downtown Dadeland you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Payrate: $17.00 / per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM -5:00PM

Minimum Requirements:

• Front Desk position
• Speak English proficiently.

• Greeting clients, answering phones, handling administrative tasks.

• Computer skills
• 21 years of age
• Required, ability to use computer or tablet.
• Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
