Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to ensure client needs are met and their goals are achieved
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, campaign performance, and lead efforts to ensure their continued satisfaction
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
- Identify opportunities for client growth by adding new services that increase the overall client experience
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, project or account management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving results.
