Job Description:

• IT compliance reporting for IT investments and initiatives funded by HQ AETC and AETC organizations.
• Complete tasks such as advising information system owners, program managers, assisting AETC stakeholders with IT investment registration, updates, change requests, and managing IT portfolio management data.
• 4 years of experience in DoD Program Management and information systems Portfolio Management (PfM) including investment compliance, data collection and reporting activities.
• Ability to manage IT portfolio data in the Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS).
• Knowledge of IT budget reporting and IT compliance reporting, such as: Clinger-Cohen Act, Privacy Act of 1974 as amended; Section 508, IT Portfolio. Management Services, Capability Analysis Services, Governance Integration Services, and IT Investment Management/Information Management Decision Support Services.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Alfabet or HOPEX.
• Proven work performance and communications skills, including developing and giving formal written and oral presentations.

Required Experience:

• Minimum education level needed is a HS/GED.
• Minimum number of years of job-related experience needed is 4, and must match the job description.
• USAF Experience is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
