**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Manage all facility activities, including the supervision of Startup and Shutdown of daily plant operations and walking the facility at least once a day

- Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, and employee performance

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Supervise and mentor staff, providing leadership and guidance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, including DOT guidelines, environmental, safety and waste management

- Inspection of the chemical quality control reports to ensure that chemical product tests are recorded and chemical products meet the required sales specifications

- Develop and manage all operating and capital budgets for the facility

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

- Required at least three years of manufacturing management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. If no manufacturing experience, then required at least five years of managerial experience.

- Ability to effectively manage teams and drive results through leadership

- Experience in process improvement, implementing best practices and project management

- Effective written and oral communication in English and in Spanish (required); preferred added communication in French/Creole.

- Ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients and other stakeholders in the community

- Demonstrated supervisory skills with a focus on coaching and development
