Function

Reviewing, evaluating and correcting discrepancy orders. Filing paper work.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Read and respond to sales email and calls.
  • Once discrepancy is resolved return to original person / requester.
  • Filing paperwork.
  • Will also perform other duties which might include; housekeeping-cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, picking up and taking out the trash, etc.
  • May be designated, according to work volume to other departments when assigned or needed.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

  • Written / Verbal communication
  • Type 25 wpm
  • Basic Computer skills, familiar with outlook
  • Good reading and writing skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiar with scanners, scale, pallet jack, flatbeds, packing equipment

Education and / or Experience

Less than 1 year with some warehouse experience.
