Allied Associates in Mental Health, Inc. is Hiring a Behavioral Health Technician - ABA Near Philadelphia, PA

Allied Associates in Mental Health has decades of industry leading mental health service experience providing for children in the Philadelphia area. This small and caring agency is currently servicing children, ages 3 through 21, using evidenced-based practices in our work, particularly Applied Behavior Analysis principles, in homes, schools, and in the community.

AAMH is currently seeking provide ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, in schools and homes in the Philadelphia area. Prior childcare experience is a preferred qualification.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Provide 1:1 intervention in community/school settings with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum

· Provide behavioral interventions and crisis management for children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses

· Collaborate with treatment team (BCBA’s, LBS') to provide input and feedback that contributes to the development of a client's treatment plan

· Monitor child's behaviors by documentation and redirecting challenging behaviors

· Implement Applied Behavior Analysis

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· High School Diploma/GED required

· Associates/ Bachelor’s in Psychology/Mental Health disciplines preferred

· Compassionate and empathetic professional

· Bilingual is a plus
