Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate-true cost estimates on residential HVAC system replacements and new installations
• Identify opportunities for customer savings or improved value by proposing value added options for customers
• Assist with financing approvals and having budget conversations with homeowners
• Consistent follow-up and relationship management with all existing and potential customers
• Perform In-Home sales presentations
• Generate referrals from completed jobs with happy customers
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
• Create sales proposals that are clear and precise for the installation team
• Create confidant buyers, providing transparent information about their purchase
• Represent Akian Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning in a way that creates lasting loyal customer relationships, and produces referrals

Qualifications:

• Engaging presentation and public speaking skills
• Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines
• Proven track record in sales; 3 years minimum of HVAC sales experience
• IT competent, experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Ability to determine job profitability and cost based on scope of work
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life
• Strong verbal and written communication
