JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an outstanding and experienced Home Health Aide who exhibits honesty, integrity, and humility and who shares the same passion and dedication we have for our clients. We are an elite home care agency who’s built an excellent reputation for taking care of our clients with the highest standards of professionalism and respect. 

The Home Health Aide will assist clients with personal care (ADLs) and home management tasks including but not limited to: housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands. The experienced healthcare professional that is selected for this role must have relevant experience providing top concierge care.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Active Home Health Aide Certification in New York State
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HHA.
• Experience working with high profile/VIP clients. 
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Good Organizational writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills.
• Experience with adults and the senior population is strongly preferred.
• Must be available to work in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. 
• Must be able to work 8 – 12 hours shifts with availability to provide at least 1 weekend day if case requires. 
• Comfortable with technology.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Fluency in English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Is responsible and cooperative with clients/families, supervisors, fellow employees.

• Recognizes limitations and seeks assistance appropriately.
• Performs bathing, toileting, grooming, toileting, transfers, skin care, and assistance with ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe and report all changes to RN.
• Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills.
• Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice.
• Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate information with clients of all ages and socioeconomic levels.
• Ability to work exible hours as required to meet identied patient needs.
